Kent was concerned with the lawn being damaged if he was to drive the truck back to set the shed down. I wasn't worried about the slight chance of minimal rutting. The site was 300' off the road. He unloaded alongside the road, drove it out back with the Mule and set it exactly where we had hoped it could be placed. Dear Kent: My name is Carrie and my husband and I just had an L-shaped 12x26 with 8ft lean to horse barn delivered in Moore County NC. I have searched for over a year trying to find a company with the product I was looking for as well as great customer reviews. I found this with Wood-Tex, mainly Mahlon was the deciding factor in our purchase. From the first day I called to inquire about prices and specs he was a pleasure to speak and work with. We have never built a barn before and not knowing what you are doing can be very stressful. The only part that was stressful for us was the site prep and my father the perfectionist handling the crushed stone pad. Mahlon throughout this whole process has always been available by phone or email to answer my questions...which were many. He was with us the whole way. We really liked the fact that from day one we only dealt with one person who was with us from start to finish. Most of the time you are just a number and no one can tell you what is going on. His crew was wonderful in placing the barn and setting it up. They were very careful of any nails or screws since horses tend to find the only nail in a pasture to step on. "This past evening I had the great fortune of watching and helping your crew install one of your Cabins that was sent here to MN. The building was purchased by a neighbor of mine. As things went the weather was and still is just horrible with cold, wet, wind, and rainy conditions. Your crew that came in is to be commended many times over. They worked thru the most adverse conditions overcoming everything that could happen and did happen. There was mud to contend with to the point of having a large backhoe come in and push, pull, drag truck, trailer and building in place. Well these young fellers just tipped their horns down and kept working thru everything that got thrown at them and took it all quite gracefully. The boys were soaking wet and cold and i know they had not eaten in some time. I will not go seriously into detail but I am sure that once all is heard you will agree with me that I think you have an outstanding crew out there delivering your product. I truly enjoyed being able to give the guys a hand. This was a good test for my ranger and it's pulling and loading capacities, I even got to do what I love best and that was some welding. I am not sure what time the guys finished last nite but the one young feller definately wanted to be home Sunday for church with his wife. I hope the fellas get home safe and sound. They both seem very knowledgeable about set-up and like I said before the mud conditions were horrible at best. I am sure all your crews are very well trained because of the different situations that may arise but these two knew their way around and worked well together."

"I live in Atlanta, GA and found Woodtex while helping my mother in Rochester, NY rebuild pieces of her backyard that were damaged during a summer storm. Doing this type of thing with local vendors is difficult enough, so I was skeptical when I needed to work the process long distance with multiple vendors and services. I cannot overstate my high level of satisfaction with Woodtex. They listened carefully to what I wanted to do, which was come as close as possible to replicating and delivering a backyard playhouse that was destroyed this summer. They made recommendations on the size, colors and features and even emailed photos of the playhouse in various stages of production so that my mother could see it. They even located someone we could use to prepare the site and then ensured that the playhouse was delivered in good condition. Matt Lapp was wonderful to work with and was always available if/when I wanted to speak with him...no matter what the question. The playhouse was delivered yesterday and it looks great in her back yard (they emailed a photo of that as well)! It was so important to be able to work with someone I had confidence in, especially when they were 1,000 miles away. During the vendor selection your sales staff was always patient and informative when replying to my emails or when I called, and when I was able to visit your Himrod location I saw Wood-Tex had quality products and in my mind the best bang for the buck. Crystal, unfortunately the only employee whose name I know, was knowledgeable and explained the nuts and bolts to me which sealed the deal, I ordered a 12X20 workshop. Of course I had to change my mind on the colors after the fact, no sweat, one phone call took care of it.
Today's delivery was made by one heck of a nice gentleman, pretty amazing to see the mule in operation. Very satisfied with the finished product, a big thanks to the construction crew, the hidden workers that are always forgotten.
