Our Commitment and Warranty

When you purchase a structure from WOOD-TEX PRODUCTS you can be assured it was designed and constructed with the high standard of workmanship and quality consistent with our company and values. Your satisfaction is our first and highest goal and WOOD-TEX is pleased to make these promises to you:

WOOD-TEX commits to:

Delivering your structure free of defects.
A 1 year limited warranty covering all materials and parts from the very base of the floor to the last shingle on the roof.
A Lifetime warranty on all hardware, this includes windows, hinges, latches and partition grills.

WOOD-TEX extends this limited warranty only to the original purchaser. This warranty shall NOT extend to any subsequent purchaser or transferee.

WOOD-TEX defines DEFECTS as imperfections that impair the use of the product or as unacceptable by the reasonable person standard and will repair all such defects in a timely fashion.

WOOD-TEX cannot be held responsible for acts of God, or defects resulting from abuse, negligence, misuse or lack of proper maintenance. Winds above 60 mph are considered acts of God and any damages caused to shed will not be covered.

Warranty claims must be accompanied by a sales receipt or proof of purchase and WOOD-TEX must be notified within 30 days of the finding of the defect. Failure to do so may relieve the manufacturer of any duty to cover under warranty.

WOOD-TEX is not responsible for damages incurred on customer's property by our delivery trucks or damages incurred on the delivered product by foreseeable obstacles such as trees, shrubs, overhead wires, lawn and driveway conditions, fences etc. in your requested path of delivery.

Terms and Conditions

Everyone at Wood-Tex Products will do our best to ensure your experience with us will be a pleasant, satisfying one. We kindly ask that you read over the following terms and conditions and agree to comply and abide by the following:

DEPOSIT
A deposit of 30% of the total price is due at the time the order is placed. Select structures require an additional 30% deposit four (4) weeks after order is placed. Balance due to be paid upon delivery of structure.

CREDIT CARDS
Master Card & Visa are acceptable forms of payment. All pricing reflects a 3% cash discount which applies to all payments received via check or cash. The 3% cash discount does not apply to any credit card transactions that total over $1,000 per structure.

CANCELLED ORDERS
All deposits made by check or cash will be returned in full if the order is cancelled within 5 days from date of purchase. A 3% transaction fee will be charged on the amount of deposit received if the deposit was made with any credit card. Any and all deposits can be kept if the cancellation is made after 5 days from the date of purchase.

NON PAYMENT
There is a $20 fee for all returned checks.
Final payment is always due upon delivery of structure. If final payment is not received within 10 days of delivery Wood-Tex reserves the right to re-enter your property and retrieve said struc-ture. Wood-Tex is not responsible for any prior notification or any property damage that may be incurred by removal of structure including fence removal if necessary. The retrieved structure and all personal property inside structure will become the property of Wood-Tex Products at the time of retrieval and may be resold or disposed of at our discretion.

PERMITS
The purchaser is responsible for any and all permits, variances and other town required docu-ments necessary to place the structure on the purchaser's property. Wood-Tex seeks to build every structure with the highest standard of engineered workmanship, however different states/towns/villages have varying construction requirements. Should your town require something different than our standard construction specs it is your responsibility to notify Wood-Tex of this when ordering structure. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure complete compliance with local regulations. Stamped Engineer's Drawings can be obtained for any structure at an additional charge.

It is the purchaser's responsibility to have their site prepared, level and accessible for delivery. It is the purchaser's responsibility to notify Wood-Tex if their yard conditions are not conducive for delivery on the specified delivery date due to rain, snow etc. Additional fees may be incurred for deliveries cancelled within 48 hours of delivery date.

All deliveries to be unloaded on the driveway unless otherwise instructed by the property owner, in which case, property owner takes FULL responsibility for: a.) Any and all damages caused by delivery truck, trailer or structure to yard and property, b.) Any damage caused to structure from surrounding obstacles in the requested path of delivery, i.e. trees, shrubs, fences, wires, house overhangs etc. c.) All tow truck fees to recover delivery truck should this be necessary. Wood-Tex Products is not responsible and cannot be be held liable for any damage beyond roadside curb. Deliveries include 45 minutes of the driver's time, any additional time re-quired to deliver structure shall be charged at a rate of $80.00 per hour. Our average delivery time is 20-30 minutes.
