Everyone at Wood-Tex Products will do our best to ensure your experience with us will be a pleasant, satisfying one. We kindly ask that you read over the following terms and conditions and agree to comply and abide by the following:
DEPOSIT
A deposit of 30% of the total price is due at the time the order is placed with Wood-Tex Products. If your order is placed over the phone you may mail us a personal check or money order for a de-posit. We also accept MasterCard or Visa for a deposit, however we have a $2000.00 limit on our Credit Card transactions per structure. You may pay the balance due on the shed or barn with your credit card IF you call the office BEFORE delivery is made and the total amount run on the card including the deposit does not exceed $2000.00. Certain size structures require an addi-tional 30% deposit before delivery.
CANCELLED ORDERS
All deposits made by check or cash will be returned in full if the order is cancelled BEFORE the structure is built. A 3% transaction fee will be charged on the amount of deposit received if the deposit was made with any credit card. The total deposit less the 3% can be credited back to your card if the cancellation was made BEFORE the structure was built. Any and all deposits can be kept if the cancellation is made after the structure is completed.
PERMITS
The purchaser is responsible for any and all permits, variances and other town required docu-ments necessary to place the structure on the purchaser's property. Wood-Tex seeks to build every structure with the highest standard of engineered craftsmanship, however varying states/towns have varying construction requirements. Should your town require something out of the norm we will be glad to work with you through the process. However, it is the customer's responsi-bility to ensure compliance with local regulations. Stamped plans can be obtained for any struc-ture, there will be an additional charge for stamped plans.

It is the customer's responsibility to have their site accessible, prepared and level for delivery. It is the customer's responsibility to notify Wood-Tex if their yard conditions are not conducive for delivery on the specified delivery date due to rain, snow etc. Oversize hauling permits need to be obtained to transport certain sizes and there may be an additional fee for deliveries cancelled the day before it is scheduled.
All deliveries to be unloaded on the driveway unless otherwise instructed by the property owner, in which case, property owner takes FULL responsibility for: a.) Any and all damages caused by delivery truck, trailer or structure to yard and property, b.) Any damage caused to structure from surrounding obstacles in the requested path of delivery, i.e. trees, shrubs, fences, wires, house overhangs etc. c.) All tow truck fees to recover delivery truck should this be necessary. Wood-Tex Products is not responsible and cannot be held liable for any damage beyond roadside curb.
Deliveries include 45 minutes of the driver's time , any additional time required to deliver structure shall be charged at a rate of $80.00 per hour or $20.00 per every 15 minutes. There is an addi-tional charge of $100.00 to use the 'Mule' on delivery and paying said fee will waive any additional fees that would normally be charged should delivery take longer than 45 minutes. Our average delivery time is 20-30 minutes.
